HomeRiver Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Licensed Broker to manage their Brokerage Operations Program and become a pivotal member of the team. This dynamic role will lead the brokerage operations team, ensuring the engine of their business runs with maximum efficiency. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will provide critical support to their high-performing Brokerage team while driving key projects from concept to completion.   • Act as the operational backbone for our brokerage team, anticipating challenges and optimizing workflows to keep us moving efficiently.
  • Own the operational data for our marketing and sales engine, using tools like Lead Simple to manage lead funnels and campaign performance.
  • Lead our market-specific Broker of Record team, empowering them with the guidance and resources needed to ensure rock-solid regulatory compliance.
  • Tell the story behind the data by creating insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations that guide our most important business decisions.
  • Manage our commission process from start to finish, ensuring our agents are paid accurately and on time, every time.
  • Develop and maintain our company playbook by creating clear, concise documentation for all policies, procedures, and workflows.

  • Deep understanding of brokerage and real estate transactions.
  • Understanding project lifecycles and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to break down projects into tasks, estimate timelines and budgets, and identify potential risks.
  • Basic understanding of technical terminology and concepts may be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Real Estate Broker license and experience are required.
  • 3 to 5 years scheduling or any role that involved supporting project execution.
  • Experience using G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Drive.
  • Competitive salary, depending on experience.
