Requirements

• 2-3 years of administrative and/or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry.
• High proficiency and advanced experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Proficient in intermediate functions including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus.
• Experience with Smartsheets is a plus.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing and executive administrative support to an Industrial Services team.
• Create surveys, tour books, BOVs, listing flyers, property signage, etc., mostly in Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain and update print-ready versions of marketing collateral and online marketing of listings.
• Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work.
• Manage brokers bios, coordinate team expense reimbursements and third-party invoicing, schedule/host team/client meetings.
• Enter closed deals for invoicing, track commission payments.
• Handle transaction documents and oversee file management.
