About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of options market making experience.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Effective and efficient communication and superior interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working business relationships.
• Ability to work alongside and communicate with screen traders.
• Ability to react quickly and accurately to rapidly changing market conditions.

Nice To Haves

• VBA or Python programming skills.
• Existing business relationships with inter-dealer, floor or direct counterparty brokers and paper flow.

Responsibilities

• Make markets on options for brokers and banks through chat and voice platforms.
• Execute against orders on the trading floor.
• Identify opportunities in the marketplace that will be represented in the team’s P&L.
• Collaborate with team members to learn systems and trading styles.

Benefits

• Discretionary performance bonus.
• Minimum base salary starting at $130,000.
