About The Position

As the Broker Support Specialist, every task you do will support the independent brokers who sell the products and services within Fidelis’ portfolio. As we specialize in Medicare, we are looking for someone with significant field and/or call center experience who is now or is willing to become a subject-matter expert on all things Medicare & Health Insurance, especially in the region we cover (West Coast). We would also train the right candidate if they have a strong background in other products we support (Medicare, Individual Health, Life, Ancillary Benefits, Final Expense, etc.). You will be part of the team the agents turn to for advice and recommendations as they build their businesses. You may be asked to assist in event planning for Lead Days, AEP Rollout, Agent Appreciation, and other events. In addition to supporting agents already working with Fidelis, you will continue our growth in the marketplace by helping other agents and agencies tap into the Fidelis support and resources we make available to all of those working with us. We have a proprietary training system that you will assist with, and we also provide field training and support. You will need to be a fully licensed and contracted agent under Fidelis to successfully perform your new role as Broker Support Specialist.
