About The Position

Delivering exceptional service is the priority by: Quickly respond to broker inquiries via phone or email, making it easy for them to work with us. Providing support for billing inquiries, policy changes or renewal inquiries with ease and accuracy. A Typical Day You’ll start and end your day at the same time every day during training and post training you’ll have an assigned shift for your 40-hour work week. During busier seasons, you’ll always have the opportunity to contribute more and be rewarded with overtime pay. You’ll have different daily assignments, so you don’t get bored. The base salary for this role can range from $37,000 to $49,667 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
