About The Position

The Product Analyst has a complete understanding and thorough knowledge of mortgage products and pricing as well as effectively read and understand mortgage underwriting guidelines and rate sheets.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and respond to product inquiries and product guidelines, questions, through a Scenario Desk environment.
• Manage Scenario Desk inbox and respond to inquiries from all internal and external customer groups within a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position New American Funding as a leader and industry expert.
• Assist Product Development Team with execution of new product implementations.
• Ensure compliance with New American Fundings policies, processes and practices.
• Create, update, implement and maintain any and all product guidelines and eligibility requirements.
