How you'll make an impact Markets customer business, typically of moderate to high complexity, to variety of insurance carriers. Independently and under limited supervision, evaluates companies to ensure that they are qualified in the marketplace. Refers unusual questions to more experienced specialists or management. Receives and processes requests for quotations from account personnel. Identifies and analyzes client exposures to recommend and/or design risk transfer/financing products. Identifies appropriate carriers, sends requests, negotiates favorable quotes and prepares recommendations. About You

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required.
  • Insurance licensing required.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Responsibilities

  • Markets customer business, typically of moderate to high complexity, to variety of insurance carriers.
  • Independently and under limited supervision, evaluates companies to ensure that they are qualified in the marketplace.
  • Refers unusual questions to more experienced specialists or management.
  • Receives and processes requests for quotations from account personnel.
  • Identifies and analyzes client exposures to recommend and/or design risk transfer/financing products.
  • Identifies appropriate carriers, sends requests, negotiates favorable quotes and prepares recommendations.
