About The Position

Zurich offers 10- to 12-week full-time summer internships between May and September in areas such as Actuarial, Claims, Corporate Communications, Finance, Human Resources IT, Marketing, Operations, Predictive Analytics and Underwriting. As a Broker Management Intern at Zurich, you will play a key role in supporting our Underwriters through pipeline management by leveraging market data and tools to identify new business opportunities. This hands-on experience will allow you to contribute to meaningful projects while gaining valuable insights into the commercial insurance industry. You'll have the opportunity to accompany territory leaders on on-site visits, shadow underwriters, and develop a deeper understanding of the underwriting process. Additionally, you will gain exposure to broker engagement, interact with regional leadership, and enhance your proficiency in Salesforce (CRM platform).

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program in the fall semester following the internship
  • Must be a rising junior or rising senior at the time of the internship
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
