Requirements

  • Associates, Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of mortgage or home lending experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills
  • High degree of patience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
  • Enthusiastically contribution to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls as our broker partners call in for assistance with home equity loans
  • Assist broker partners to complete new registrations and confirm understanding on steps taken to complete the registration process
  • Assist with the Spring EQ broker portal administration such as creating new accounts, resetting passwords, etc
  • Field questions regarding the broker portal, loan status, and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service on a high volume of broker phone calls and communications
  • Familiarize yourself with our products, policies and processes to provide the best service to our existing and prospective customers
  • Complete various administrative tasks in a timely manner to support our sales and operations teams
