The B/D ETF Sales Specialist (BESS) role is pivotal in executing our distribution initiatives related to the sale of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) through broker-dealer intermediaries. This position reports directly to the Head of ETF Sales within the ETF Team vertical of Global Distribution. The BESS will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy that maximizes ETF sales in collaboration with the B/D field sales teams. In this role, you will partner with and support B/D field salespeople to identify, qualify, engage, and influence the adoption of ETFs among targeted advisor clients and prospects. You will work closely with ETF enablement to ensure effective data utilization to target high-value ETF users within the Broker Dealer segment. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of assigned ETF clients, their sensitivities, and business needs will be crucial for effectively influencing their decision-making processes. As a sales representative for our ETF product suite, you will further expand distribution through B/D financial advisors. Your responsibilities will also include proactively identifying opportunities to leverage subject matter expert support from the ETF team with assigned clients and B/D field partners. Extensive travel will be required to engage advisor clients and provide additional sales coverage to B/D field teams across various territories. You will maintain awareness of the full ETF opportunity pipeline, focusing on leveraging all available resources to win business opportunities.
