The candidate must be based somewhere in the Mountain Time Zone or the Pacific Time Zone.Brief Role DescriptionThe Broker Administrator will play a critical support role for Electrify America’s Site Acquisition and Real Estate teams by helping track broker activities and ensuring multiple software platforms and CRMs remain accurate, clean, and up to date. This role serves as a central point of coordination for broker-related data, communications, and reporting, enabling internal teams to make informed decisions and operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across several systems while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external brokerage partners. The Broker Administrator will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across CRMs and real estate tracking tools, monitoring broker outreach and deal activity, and supporting consistent reporting. Success in this role requires strong administrative skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Exposure to commercial real estate processes or broker coordination
  • Familiarity with data management, reporting tools, or real estate software (e.g., CoStar or similar)
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to integrate information across people, processes, and systems
  • Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software and databases
