Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Ensure reliable transportation to be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards and policies, including federal, state, and local regulations.
• Be able to perform mental math for cash handling.
• Demonstrate written, oral, and verbal English proficiency, with other language fluency being highly valued.
• Be able to view things from near and/or far distances.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new people every day, greeting and thanking each customer with a smile and providing them with a special moment.
• Ask and educate customers about the menu, different products, and current specials to meet their needs.
• Embody the Dutch Bros culture, which is centered on relationships.
• Be consistent in upholding core values of speed, quality, and service to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
• Maintain a positive attitude, making friends feel valued and fostering optimism.
• Be reliable by showing up to work on time and ready, communicating availability needs, and following proper call-out procedures.
• Be prepared to support as needed when unexpected situations arise.
