- You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
- You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
- We’ll set you up for success with training, certifications, and knowledge tests to ensure you meet the Dutch Bros standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a smile, make genuine connections, and ensure every visit is full of kindness & fun.
- Help customers navigate the menu and discover new favorites, all while delivering top-tier service.
- Live out the Dutch Bros values: radiate kindness, get up early, stay up late, and change the world.
- Work efficiently to craft high-quality drinks while keeping up with the hustle of a busy shop.
- Show up on time, communicate your availability, and be ready to roll when your shift starts.
- Maintain a tidy workspace and follow food safety standards.
