Requirements

Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
Have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
Complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards and policies, including federal, state, and local regulations.
Ability to perform mental math for cash handling.
Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication.
Ability to view things from near and/or far distances.
Physical ability to stand, walk, or be in movement for up to 10 hours in a shift.
Physical ability for possible stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
Physical ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs.
Physical ability for occasional ascending or descending on ladders or ramps.
Physical ability for frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.
Ability to work in conditions exposed to chilly or hot weather.

Responsibilities

Engage with new people, greet and thank each customer with a smile, and provide them with their moment of special.
Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials.
Uphold Dutch Bros culture, which is focused on relationships.
Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service so customers receive exactly what they ordered.
Maintain a positive attitude and make others feel good.
Show up to work on time and ready to go, communicate availability needs, and follow proper call out procedures.
Support as needed when unexpected situations arise.
