Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Ability to stand, walk, or be in movement during working hours, which can be up to 10 hours in a shift.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs.
• Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in other languages is highly valued.
• Experience in customer service or food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, greet and thank each customer with a smile.
• Help customers learn about the menu, different products, and current specials.
• Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service.
• Show up to work on time and communicate availability needs.
• Support teammates and help out as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Complete, pass, and maintain required trainings and certifications.
• Perform mental math for cash transactions.
• Maintain communication proficiency in English, with other languages valued.
