Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English; other language fluency is highly valued.
• Ability to perform mental math for cash handling.
• Must complete, pass, and maintain trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, greet and thank each customer with a smile.
• Help customers learn about the menu, different products, and current specials.
• Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go.
• Support team members as needed.
• Participate in the tip pool after completing Broista training.
