Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in other languages is highly valued.
• Experience in customer service or food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, greet and thank each customer with a smile.
• Help customers learn about the menu, different products, and current specials.
• Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go.
• Support teammates and help out as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Complete, pass, and maintain required trainings and certifications.
• Perform mental math for cash transactions.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
