Engage with customers, greet and thank each customer with a smile.
Help customers learn about the menu, different products, and current specials.
Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service.
Show up to work on time and ready to go.
Support team members as needed.
Participate in the tip pool after completing Broista training.

Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English; other language fluency is highly valued.
Ability to perform mental math for cash handling.
Must complete, pass, and maintain trainings and certifications.

Experience in customer service or food service.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Positive attitude and ability to radiate kindness.

8 hours of paid volunteer time to spend in the community.
