Requirements

• Must have a Food Handler Permit or Certification.
• Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English.
• Ability to perform mental math for cash handling.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or be in movement for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in other languages is highly valued.
• Experience in customer service or food service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, greet and thank each with a smile.
• Help customers learn about the menu, products, and specials.
• Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go.
• Support team members as needed.
• Participate in community service through paid volunteer time.
