We are looking for a Broadridge Impact Consultant to work onsite in New York City with our global client. Overview: We are seeking a Broadridge Impact Consultant with business analysis expertise to support a large-scale transformation initiative. This role will support the implementation of the Broadridge Impact platform and Workday Finance workstreams, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Broadridge Impact.
  • Proven experience with business analysis, including gathering requirements, process mapping, documentation, creating test plans, etc.
  • Strong back office/operations knowledge, either as a practitioner or consultant -- trade payments, settlements, confirmations, restructure, cancelation/unwind,
  • Expertise in securities financial products in the local US market - DTCC, FICC, fixed income, repos, securities lending, treasuries, corporate bonds, outrights.
  • Solid accounting knowledge, particularly related to fixed income and OTC Derivatives.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Desirable experience with Workday Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, map processes, and solve operational challenges.
  • Create testing plans and execute testing scenarios.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and optimize system performance.
  • Lead efforts in problem resolution, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support trade lifecycle activities including payments, settlements, confirmations, restructures, cancellations, and unwinds.
  • Define and validate accounting entries and financial statements.
