Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting to the Manager, Broadcast IT, you will provide administration for the QVC US broadcast IT infrastructure and support end-users. You will provide root cause analysis of escalated and complex problems related to broadcast IT systems and impart technical expertise of established IT standards for the team. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. This role is included in an on-call rotation schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study. Equivalent work experience in a related field may be considered
IT certification recommended (CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, VMWare)
4+ years of experience working in a broadcasting IT multi-tiered environment
Experience with Broadcast Television systems administration required, including experience with SMPTE-2110
Proficiency with AutoCAD or other broadcast line drawing software required
Installing, monitoring and troubleshooting computer servers and applications is preferred
Experience in Windows Admin, Network Admin, DB Admin and server technologies preferred

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd tier technical support for the QVC US broadcast IT systems, including after-hours support
Be accountable for equipment specifications, system design, and installation
Oversee project integrations and ensure all tasks are completed
Test all broadcast IT infrastructure's hardware and software
Lead setup and configuration of broadcast IT systems
Be a subject matter expert for broadcast IT disaster recovery implementation, and testing
