About The Position

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Broadcast Engineer to ensure world-class broadcast standards across audio, video, and IT systems. In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert for all things broadcast engineering—designing workflows, installing and configuring equipment, and troubleshooting issues to keep productions running smoothly. You'll support a wide variety of projects, from live radio and streaming video to podcasts and remote broadcasts, ensuring seamless technical execution every time. Beyond the technical side, you'll collaborate closely with production teams, IT staff, and broadcast leadership, delivering reliable media experiences while modeling humility, teamwork, and excellent communication. This role is about precision, problem-solving, and service—making sure every production reflects excellence and the values we stand for.
