About The Position
The Broadband Technician position involves the installation and repair of Internet, phone, and TV services to both business and residential customers using coax and fiber systems. The role requires maintaining mainline coax systems and promoting the sale of company products and services while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The technician will be responsible for various physical tasks and must be able to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
