This position will be based in Long Island City, NY office, and would be an in office/field role.

Requirements

• Experience: None required, this is an entry level position
• Experience in problem-solving, time management, and basic computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use a ladder, hand and power tools
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record compliant with the company policy

Responsibilities

• Residential install and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises
• Ensure/record correct RF and signal levels within specifications
• Communication with leadership and dispatch as needed
• Customer education
• Operate company vehicle in safe and responsible manner
• Other duties as assigned
