Dragonfly Internet is growing quickly—are you ready to spread your wings? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Broadband Supervisor to manage our new Loxley, AL hub. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Technicians to achieve performance, quality, and customer service goals aligned with Dragonfly standards. This role requires a mix of strong leadership skills, technical prowess, customer service skills, and hands-on experience. You will oversee a team of Broadband Technicians performing installation, rearrangements, removal, and repair of fiber, copper, COAX, and station inside wiring for our customers broadband services. As the Broadband Supervisor you will be managing customer-premise installation, repair, and network equipment testing; addressing customer escalations; and partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years minimum experience as a Broadband Technician
  • 2+ years’ experience managing a team
  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in a fiber and wireless telecommunications field is preferred will look at candidates with other relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of wireless and fiber technologies, routers, and networking a plus
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on-site.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
