About the Role Are you a people person who loves helping customers and closing deals? Aspire Broadband is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Call Center Sales & Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers—turning leads into subscribers, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a smooth start with our high-speed broadband service. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to pre-registered leads to schedule installations. Handle inbound calls from prospects and customers—answering product, pricing, and service questions. Update customer records, document interactions, and escalate tickets to Support as needed. Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and request referrals.
