Broadband Network Engineer (Telecommunications) What we’re seeking: The Broadband Network Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting high‑capacity telecommunications broadband access networks across fiber, copper, and fixed wireless technologies. This role ensures network reliability, scalability, and service quality for residential and commercial customers while meeting departmental timelines, customer commitments, and regulatory requirements. The engineer supports access platforms such as DSLAMs, OLTs, fixed wireless systems, and associated Ethernet and optical transport. This position works closely with Network Planning, Transport, Central Office, OSP/ISP Engineering and Installation teams, Field Operations, NOC, Sales Engineering, and Project Management to deliver high‑quality broadband solutions and maintain accurate network records. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Bloomington, IL location (109 E Market Street, Bloomington, IL) to complete your work responsibilities.
