About The Position

As a Broadband Marketing Specialist at Wesco, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs and strategies that support the growth and expansion of the company's products and services. This role focuses on attracting customers to the company's online presence, enhancing brand awareness, and optimizing marketing performance through analysis and content development. You will also coordinate marketing efforts for conferences and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of product or field marketing experience required; 5 years preferred, preferably in a Fortune 500 company.
  • 3 years of experience preferred in strategic business planning.
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic- to intermediate-level HTML skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a disciplined problem-solving process.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-centric focus.
  • Strong creativity and entrepreneurial drive; able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to influence others through effective negotiation techniques and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict and ambiguous situations effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of industry, including suppliers, customers, competition, trends, and advances in eCommerce and digital marketing.
  • Ability to travel is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with key contacts for implementation and communication of sales promotions and marketing programs from concept development to finished product.
  • Assist with custom eCommerce implementations, including workflow/order approval set up and maintenance.
  • Assist with development and manage tracking of eCommerce lead-generation activities such as link building and social media.
  • Maintain catalog inventory tracking and mailing/fulfillment trends/cost tracking.
  • Assist with research and analysis activities such as web metrics/trend analysis and competitive monitoring.
  • Manage the department FastTrack intranet site.
  • Support the specific sales and marketing needs of One WESCO at various levels.
  • Apply continuous improvement processes to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
