Brite Divinity School is embarking on a transformative journey with its Next Brite long-range plan, which aims to innovate and enhance the educational offerings of the institution. This plan, developed through extensive collaboration among faculty, staff, trustees, alumni, and supporters, will guide the school's leadership over the next five years. The initiative emphasizes the importance of degree programs while introducing new programmatic initiatives such as Centers for Theology and Justice and Lifelong Learning. The Vocation Development initiative will provide counseling and guidance to students exploring diverse career paths beyond traditional ministry roles. Requirements

• Experience in educational leadership, preferably in a theological or divinity school context.
