About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Manassas-Gainesville is growing! We are seeking competent and talented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our amazing team of professionals as we deliver high-level, accessible home care to our clients in Prince William County. SPECIFIC SCHEDULE: Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Wednesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (morning) 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (evening) Split Shift Level of Care: Total Care Support Needs: Assistance with transfers from bed to wheelchair using a gait belt or lift (as appropriate) Our vision is to be the most TRUSTED and RESPECTED provider of home care services in our community. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 18 years of age with reliable transportation; driver’s license preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Must pass Criminal Background and Driving Records Check
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality, reliable, and compassionate care to our clients
Assist clients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, transfers, etc.
Follow a specific care plan developed for each client and document completed tasks after each visit
