About The Position

The position involves greeting customers as they arrive at the payment station and directing them into the tunnel conveyor. The role requires delivering excellent service to all customers, which includes positive interactions and answering questions. Responsibilities also include managing customer accounts, updating credit card information, upselling services, operating the cash register, and processing payments for customers who do not drive up. The employee must maintain a clean and organized workplace, including emptying trash cans, maintaining clean restrooms, and assisting the detail department as needed. Attendance at team meetings is required, and the employee must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts. This position has the potential to earn commissions based on selling memberships.

Requirements

Responsibilities
