About The Position

The position involves greeting customers as they arrive at the payment station and directing them into the tunnel conveyor. The role requires delivering excellent service through positive interactions, managing customer accounts, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean workplace. Additional responsibilities include emptying trash cans, maintaining clean restrooms, attending team meetings, assisting the detail department, and performing other duties as assigned by the Manager. The position offers the potential to earn commissions based on selling memberships and requires availability for open and/or closing shifts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they drive up to payment station and tunnels.
• Direct and instruct drivers into the tunnel conveyor.
• Deliver excellent service to all customers; positive interactions including answering questions.
• Manage customer's accounts; updating credit card information as needed, upselling, etc.
• Operate cash register and process payments inside for those customers who don’t drive up.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the facility.
• Empty trash cans around Vacuum site and facility.
• Maintain clean restrooms.
• Attend team meetings.
• Assist detail department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
