This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to effectively motivate others
Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Other duties as assigned
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
