There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
At Lorenz Clinic, we’ve developed the Brief Intervention Clinic as a distinct service line for clients who are seeking focused, short-term support. This program was designed to address low-acuity concerns like situational stress, adjustment issues, or early-stage emotional difficulties using structured models that work best when care is time-limited and clearly defined. The Brief Intervention Clinic is one of several clinical programs at Lorenz. While our outpatient psychotherapy and training programs are known for relational depth and long-form developmental work, this service line was created to meet a different but equally important need. It complements our broader mission—rather than replacing or redefining it. Here, licensed counselors deliver brief, structured episodes of care using models like Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Brief CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducational strategies. The work is anchored in professional clarity and supported by a clinic culture that values tone, structure, and alignment. This isn’t a high-turnover, churn-and-burn environment. You’ll work within a system that knows what it is, offers support without overreach, and protects both staff and clients through clearly defined roles.
