About The Position

About the Role Were seeking a self-motivated, safety-focused Bridge Superintendent to lead a crew of 510 team members on heavy civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a solid background in pile driving and bridge construction.

Requirements

510 years of bridge construction and pile driving experience
Strong familiarity with reading plans and specifications
Proficiency with tools and equipment operations
Basic tech skills (smartphone/laptop usage for reporting)
Proven commitment to safety standards and procedures
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Comfortable working at heights and able to obtain ErailSafe clearance
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and crew performance
Lead job briefings and enforce safety protocols
Ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications
Oversee operation and inspection of heavy equipment (crane, pile hammer, excavator, etc.)
Perform basic site layout using survey equipment
Coordinate with the Project Manager to align goals and resolve issues
Schedule materials and subcontractors
Monitor productivity and continuously improve efficiency
Maintain and operate company equipment with care
Interpret construction plans and specifications
