About The Position

Origlio Beverage is a leading wholesale distributor of fine beer, cider, hard seltzer, and other progressive adult beverages. We are a 4th generation family-owned and operated business, founded in 1933, serving the 9 counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on delivering the taste of excellence. Hours are Sunday-Thursday 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

Required: 2-year degree and or 5+ years of warehouse supervisor experience
Superior communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

Utilize strong leadership skills to ensure the safe and timely loading of company vehicles for delivery.
Manage a variety of personnel, process, and system tasks with an eye for continuous process improvement.
Maintain safety protocols and procedures – vigilance on the floor.
Interact with team on the floor -Monitor employee productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency.
Foster positive work environment and attitude of team.
Drive continuous improvement in areas of safety and productivity.
Coaching and training development of personnel.
Performs all other job-related duties as assigned
