About The Position

Currently seeking Skilled Bridge Laborers. The position requires individuals who can perform essential functions in bridge construction and operate heavy equipment. The work environment is outdoors and may involve various physical demands.

Requirements

• 1 year of bridge construction experience preferred.
• 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Good math skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform key duties satisfactorily as a Bridge Laborer.
• Work full time and be available for nights and weekends when required.
• Learn to operate small hand power tools and heavy equipment.
• Understand work directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow employees.
