Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in construction or related industry preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with bridge construction tasks, including setting forms, tying rebar, pouring concrete, assisting with structural steel installation, and operating hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
• Work in varying weather conditions and at heights when required.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
• Other duties as assigned
