About The Position

We’re looking for a hardworking Bridge Laborer to join our bridge and structures crews on heavy civil construction projects. This role supports bridge construction, repair, and rehabilitation work and is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that builds critical infrastructure. What You’ll Do Assist bridge crews with day‑to‑day construction activities, including demolition, formwork, concrete placement, and general labor tasks Perform material handling, site cleanup, and tool/equipment setup to keep work areas safe and efficient Support concrete pours, finishing operations, and bridge deck or structural repair work Follow all safety policies and job site procedures Work closely with foremen, operators, and other crew members to meet daily production goals Perform other duties as assigned related to bridge construction and maintenance What We’re Looking For Previous construction or labor experience preferred (bridge, concrete, or heavy civil experience is a plus, but not required) Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Commitment to job site safety Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to meet the demands of a physical, active work environment with or without reasonable accommodation OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime Career growth and advancement in heavy civil construction Benefits package may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more Work on high‑profile infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact Work Environment This position involves outdoor construction work on active bridge and roadway job sites. Requirements
