DESCRIPTION Michael Baker International is actively seeking a Spring 2026 Bridge Intern to support our office in Detroit, MI . As a part of our Structural Engineering team, the Intern will assist with various departments in technical duties and projects as assigned. Prepare engineering related calculations and develop drawings and visual aids. Assist project managers and engineers with various tasks. Draft details and make minor AutoCAD revisions. Work under supervision of a project manager or a senior level team member. Assist with data collection, input, verification, and manipulation

Requirements

Enrolled in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, preferably in senior year.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are essential to success in this role.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
