About The Position
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Bridge Engineer I to join our team! In this role you will get to work on some of the most exciting and impactful infrastructure projects that will positively impact your community! We are looking for a Bridge Design Engineer to join our team of experts - to build bridges, enrich skylines and improve the efficiency of transportation! As a new member of our bridge team, you will be expected to support the design of the highway bridges and light rail elevated guideways. Applicants with a solid background in the understanding of structural behavior and Performance-Based Seismic Design of Concrete Bridges are encouraged to apply. Travel to the project site is not expected from this position. Other ongoing projects staffed out of our Denver office include the structural modelling required to raise the bridge deck of an existing cabled stayed bridge, long span segmental alternatives analysis, and investigations into the novel use of segmental construction methods as applied to super-tall buildings, and multiple signature pedestrian bridges.
