Ready to design the bridges that shape our future? As a Bridge Design Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of bridge inspection, load rating, and the design of concrete and steel structures. Your work will ensure that every bridge and foundation is not only safe and reliable but also meets client needs and strict design codes.   • Effectively complete assignments related to bridge inspection, bridge load rating and analysis and all aspects of concrete/steel bridge and foundation design.
  • Complete field inspections and reports for bridge and culvert inspections.
  • Develop detailed design plans, drawings, specifications, reports, and cost estimates for bridges and related structures.
  • Coordinate with reviewers and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
  • Proactively assist Project Managers, and Project Engineers and Group Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, consultants, and our clients.
  • Provide technical support during the construction phase, which may involve addressing design-related queries from contractors, conducting site visits, and reviewing construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design intent.
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
  • 5 - 10 years minimum of transportation experience, structures/bridge design experience preferred
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain it.
  • Experience with MS Office, MicroStation, STAAD, Bridge Design Software preferred.
