About The Position

This is general labor work in the maintenance of roads and bridges owned by the County of Butler. An employee in this class is responsible for performing duties primarily requiring physical exertion. Work involves the use of manual and heavy-duty power tools. Activities include light and heavy physical labor, primarily outdoor work. Employees receive assignments both orally and in writing and in detail. Work is performed under the supervision of a foreman.

Requirements

• Related technical training in bridge construction maintenance.
• Prior experience in bridge construction maintenance.
• Any combination of acceptable education, training, and experience.
• Possess a current valid Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class A CDL license.
