As the Bridge Bay Marina Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions that keep the park running smoothly. Job Summary: These roles involves overseeing the safe and efficient operations of a marina, including dock slip rentals, boat charters, and fuel sales, while ensuring profitability. Responsibilities also include staff management, training in seamanship and boat operations, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, coordinating boat repairs, budget administration, payroll maintenance, and ensuring environmentally conscious practices.
