About The Position

We are seeking a polished, service-driven Bridal Stylist & Jewelry Sales Specialist to support our bridal boutique and jewelry showroom. This role guides clients through wedding dress selection, day-of accessory styling, and bridesmaid coordination while driving sales across gowns, jewelry, and personalized bridal merchandise.

Requirements

Experience in bridal, fashion retail, or jewelry sales preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver a high-touch client experience.
Comfort with hands-on fitting support and detailed styling.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to work weekends and peak appointment times.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hours
Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify.
Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Book, manage, and prepare client consultations for bridal gowns, accessories, and wedding-day jewelry.
Provide personalized styling support to help clients select their wedding dress and full bridal look.
Assist clients during fittings, including proper gown handling, pinning, clipping, and secure try-ons.
Sell and style wedding-day jewelry, accessories, veils, headpieces, and completion pieces.
Support bridesmaid consultations, including color selections, sizing, and group coordination.
Educate clients on gown silhouettes, construction, fabrics, timelines, and alterations expectations.
Sell boutique bridal merchandise, including personalized monogrammed attire, clutches, robes, and apparel.
Facilitate special orders, size recommendations, deposits, payments, and vendor follow-through.
Maintain accurate client notes, order updates, and follow-up communication.
Unbox, inspect, steam, and prep gown and merchandise arrivals; maintain sample condition.
Reset fitting rooms and prepare pull racks to ensure smooth appointment flow.
Assist with in-store events, trunk shows, shoots, and social media content creation.
Support general showroom upkeep, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
Meet or exceed sales goals through relationship-based service and strong product knowledge.
