About The Position

At David's Bridal, we empower our customers and our employees to stay true to their dreams and find the one, whether that means the wedding dress that matches a personal style—or the career that is a perfect fit. The Stylist is responsible for providing and maintaining a positive, friendly, empathetic, and professional selling experience with all customers. Stylists are tasked with delivering 5-Star Customer Service to all David's Bridal customers, achieving sales goals and productivity by expertly following our 5-Step Selling Process, and performing duties related to the presentation and operations of the store. This role reports to the Store Manager in partnership with the Sales Manager. Bridal Stylists are brand ambassadors and demonstrate the values and critical success factors of the David's Bridal brand. The essential job functions include welcoming all customers with genuine enthusiasm, managing customer flow to deliver a 5-star experience, preparing for customer appointments, building relationships with customers, and ensuring proper measurements are taken for ordering dresses. Stylists must maintain store standards, support cash wrap behaviors, and achieve sales productivity standards. They are also responsible for executing new processes and supporting the store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. Continuous self-development and sharing of expertise with fellow stylists are also key components of this role.
