Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for all guests by providing warm and positive engagement from the moment of first interaction.
• Maintain the appointment calendar, phone calls, text messages, emails and complete sales transactions.
• Provide one-on-one personalized consultations with brides, understanding their vision and preferences to help them to make informed decisions.
• Maintain a beautiful and organized showroom, ensuring all merchandise is presented attractively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness through daily, weekly and monthly cleaning protocols.
• Address any customer inquiries and concerns and resolve any issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service and maintaining communication and assistance through their entire wedding gown journey.
• Social media content creation.
