We are seeking a professional and fashion-forward Bridal Consultant to join our team in San Jose, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to brides-to-be, ensuring they find their perfect wedding dress. This role requires a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of wedding trends. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Bridal Consultant, you will conduct product demos and provide personalized consultations to brides-to-be. You will offer guidance on wedding dresses, veils, and accessories, ensuring each bride finds her ideal look. Utilizing retail math skills to manage inventory and maintain sales goals will be essential. You will also be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries using proper phone etiquette and managing POS systems to ensure accurate sales, inventory, and customer information. Building strong relationships with brides and their families to provide personalized service is a key aspect of this role. You will be expected to upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services while demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively interact with brides and colleagues. Additionally, handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining a clean and organized work environment will be part of your daily responsibilities.
