About The Position
The Brewing Operator is responsible for overseeing the various stages of the brewing process, ensuring safety and quality throughout all activities. This role involves using computerized systems to monitor and adjust brewing parameters, performing quality checks, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. The Brewing Operator collaborates closely with the Lead Brewing Operator and team members to complete daily and weekly tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
