We operate a nationally acclaimed production brewery, brewpub, commissary kitchen, coffee shop and roaster, alongside events & catering. Requirements

Passionate about beer and beverage, with an insatiable desire to learn
Team player, optimistic, empathetic, can work through conflict constructively
People connector; you love developing and maintaining relationships
You excel in fast-paced environments and have an ability to take direction and roll with the punches
Able to work a flexible schedule
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects
At least 21 years of age
Exceptional customer service skills and abilities; can handle challenging situations with confidence and grace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems, Toast

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and passion for the beer and beverage industry, brewery experience a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Helping coach a team of 30+ between our 2 locations
Build relationships with our guests, creating new fans
Participate in daily food/beer tasting to ensure we are serving a quality product
Provide input to our General Manager on new beer trends and beverage concepts
Work alongside our FOH team regularly, in guest service and events
Collaborate with our other brands (DOZER & Smooj)
Problem-solve with our GM and FOH team to continually improve our processes
Act as a brand ambassador for HOMES in and outside of work, representing HOMES at beer events and festivals
